children are flowers, not labor

I think the man sitting on the ground is unjust with the little, innocent, immature and hopeless and compelled boy because he himself held very light tool and handed over a heavy hammer to this weak boy. 
people on this vicious earth are so cruel that they want to live in glorious opulence, which made them blind and they snatch the basic rights of children hence made them child labor.
if we make there little children labor, what they will teach their children??? i think they will not marry
