according to new researches, child either boy or girls, can easily get things in the early age of 3 years.
There are many non-government organisations working for youth activism, social,economic,political and religious reforms on and on but there is not a single organisation which works for the mental, social, physical and moral nurture of children of age below 3, because as i mentioned child below age of 3 can easily pick things. he can easily understand many languages etc.
in this regard northern areas of pakistan is going well, aga khan development network (AKDN) has started an advance and quality Early childhood development education (ECD) in the far-flung areas. ECD schools boost the speaking, listening and other social qualities of children and teach them how to interact with others.
but many surveys showed that majority is of boys, again girls are not send to schools though these kids are immature and don't know what is good and bad, their parents and relatives hesitate to send them to ECD schools because that they are girls.
