The people are poor but patriot and hardworking.The people of Gilgit-baltistan are naive but the spirit and love for education is the dominant and main feature of the people.
they are not conscious about the future happenings to their area, and people residing in the backward region use primitive ways of surviving their lives: delivery at homes and other local medications and they make education far from their lives due to less attention of government toward this important sector. they are surviving hard and difficult lives with no facilities of hospitals and quick emergencies. the population which is much developed can approach hospitals on time and can avail basic health facilities.
the above paragraphs depicts the typical people of Gilgit-baltistan, there are lot of people who send their children to schools, collages and even universities rather top ranking universities of pakistan(AKU, LUMS,NUST,IBA etc), many students pursue their higher studies abroad in top universities of the world as well these universities comprises of Oxford, Harwad, Cambridge and other universities in Asia.
the fact and real problem is majority of girls in the region are made brides after they pass matriculation or do their collage education, in simple, the female education is discouraged which is a big hurdle of their development and this needs to be solved on time.
