Police-Soldiers fight.

If there is a physical combat between Army and civilians it is normal, if there is a scuffle between police and civilian again it seems usual and purposeful but it is very enthralling when there is a dustup between the army personals and police patrolling staff of motorway. Captain Danial and Captain Qasim were signalled to stop due to their incautious and reckless driving on Peshawar-Islamabad motorway near Attock. The two Army captains did not pay attention to the signals and sped away. The interesting point is when the motorway petrol team pursued and caught them, captain Qasim pointed a pistol at the petrol team while the second captain; captain Danial called nearby army for help. Within few minutes, four vehicles carrying a Major namely Major Zafar with more than 20 soldiers reached there, assaulted the poor petrol police and saved their captains. More than that, they not only assaulted the petrol policeman on the spot rather took him to a secret place wrongfully and after an intervention of higher police officers they made the policeman free.

Like the civilians are being charged, these two captains should be treated in the same way. Law should not be unequal for different people of the same society. No one should be allowed to take illicit advantage of their positions.

Using the weapons against the lawful and responsible officers should be categorized illegal, and the people irrespective of what institution they belong to, if they intimidate the law enforcing agencies (like captain Qasim and captain Danial did) should be charged and an FIR should be registered on such people.

It is also heard that in December, Tehrik-i-insaf senator Mr. Nauman Wazir was also humiliated by the military personals at a check post near Nowshera. To stop such harassments, misuse of weapons, and misuse of the positions an investigation should be done and COAS should order an inquiry into the incident so that there shouldn't remain any confusion among the public.
