On Monday night, in the first public debate of US
presidential elections, Hillary Clinton proved herself the clear winner of the
evening. Till now, Hillary Clinton won the debate on social media because she
has a very optimistic future economic plans for America, on the other hand
Donald trump was unable to capture the conversation; he showed more negative
sentiments.
When the NBC news anchor Lester Holt asked about their plans
for the future of America, the republican hopeful for the president Donald Trump
expressed a pessimist approach by stating that “We have to stop our jobs being
stolen from us.” Donald Trump basically stressed on the threat of immigration. This
was not a unique for the US citizens. Contrarily, the most favorite democrat candidate
Hillary Clinton put more concrete suggestion. She suggested investing in the
innovation and new technology. She further added that her agenda includes closing
loopholes in tax and make rich pay their due share in tax. Donald Trump argued
that Hillary Clinton focused the wealthy segment which is a conventional idea
every president did. And the republican candidate Donald Trump asked his rival
that she has been doing this for more than 25 years during her tenure. We
expect a new policy rather a rational policy, Trump argued.
When the anchor Lester Holt asked about Trump’s failure to release
his tax revenue, the debate became personal. On the other hand, Trump converted
the whole burden on Hillary Clinton by saying that I will do so when Hillary
Clinton discloses her 33 thousand deleted emails. To be more generalized, Trump
assaulted Hillary on the national security.
When Trump claimed that Hillary doesn’t have stamina to be
the president by saying that “I don’t think Hillary has the stamina to be
president”, Hillary listed her experience as a First lady, secretary of state
and as a US senator. Hillary stated that when Trump travels to 112 countries
negotiates a peace dialogues, a cease fire, and spends 11 hours justifying in
front of a congressional committee- he can talk to me about stamina.
After a long hot debate, CNN found that Hillary Clinton won
the debate, and applauded her preparedness for the debate.
