Who created ISIS

 Putin openly tells everyone that who created ISIS.

The words of his speech as under:

I have said this before that another threat that president Obama mentioned was ISIS. Well who do you think created and armed them? Who did facilitate the Syrians that were fighting with president Bashar-al-Assad and who do you think created the sufficient political and informational climate that facilitated this situation. Who pushed for the delivery of arms to the area?

Do you really are unable to understand as to who is fighting in Syria? Let me clear it for you, they are mercenaries, mostly. Do you understand they are paid money? Mercenaries fight for whichever side pays more. Because they value money more. So they arm them, train them and pay them a certain amount and I even know what these amounts are so they fight, they have the arms, you can’t get them to return the weapons of course, at the end…. Then they discover elsewhere pays a little more, so they go there and fight there. After fighting there, they occupy the oil fields. Wherever in Iraq, in Syria. They start extracting the oil and this oil is purchase by somebody. My question is where are the embargos on the parties purchasing this illegal oil? Why they are not been punished?

Can anyone believe the United States of America doesn’t know who is selling and buying this oil? Is it not their allies that are buying oil from ISIS? Do you not think the US has the power to influence their allies? Then why bomb ISIS? In areas where they started extracting oil and paying mercenaries more in those areas, the rebels from civilized Syrian opposition forces immediately joined ISIS because they are paid more. I consider this completely unprofessional and dirty politics. It is not grounded on facts, in the real world.

Vladimir Putin openly announced that the ISIS is the army of USA and through it, USA and its allies transport oil from Syria and Iraq to their countries. The reason behind the formation of ISIS seems to be the transfer of oil from oil rich countries to the US allies. This is very filthy politics and self-interested policy.  On one hand, US claims to be the main defender of human rights, justice and peace in the world. While on the other hand, it is involved in the formation of very devastating insurgent groups to attain its objectives.
